Haven't been blogging for some time already.. Well... I was pissed as a football match a few days ago made me lose S$20. To hell with both teams. Here they are, and my personal report.

All the players listed above are good. Their managers, José Mourinho(Chelsea) and Frank Rijkaard(Barcelona) are good managers. They are thinking men. However, some players from both sides like to play stupid football(despite the advertisement, JOGA BONITO, which means playing beautiful football).

At the 33rd min, he gave Lionel Messi a blood-curdling slide causing him to be sent off and leaving Chelsea with only 10 men to continue the long game.

Mr. Thiago Motta
This 'genius' did an amazing own goal for his team in the 59th min. Victor Valdes was going to have all the joy and glory from the free-kick from Lampard when he came in between and got the ball in his own net. One word: STUPID. And this guy made me lose S$40. Cos' i bought total goals, 0(I win S$60) and 1(I win S$20).
Third Stupid Player
Mr. John Terry
The English national thought to be the best man in defence did a stupid mistake by back heading the free-kick from Larsson. Absurd. He was suppose to be good. What? Out of touch.
Despite dumbos in the match, a few stars rose to bring the good name of their team(Yes, i mean team, without a 's'). Barcelona gets the credit.

Lionel Messi
Indeed Man-of-the-Match. No doubt about it. The chances created by him, the shots taken by him, made him nothing but world-class. If George Best was still around, he'd loved Messi. Salute to Messi!
Samuel Eto'o
Another terrific goal-scorer. Works hard, gives all he can to impress Rijkaard. Rijkaard is lucky to have him in his squad. Scored the winning goal in the 83rd min with a header from Ronaldinho the Magician.
Ronaldinho
The Master Magician of Football after Pele. He controls the midfield. The teamwork and beautiful football by him and Messi makes Barcelona a must-watch team. Good man. Another good catch by Rijkaard.
Basically, my conclusion is that Chelsea's complacency is setting in. They've got to know that the Champions League is not EPL. It's where the best of the best become the champion of Europe(like what Liverpool did last season). For Chelsea to win, they have to score at least 2 goals. At least. I doubt their ability with Mourinho's disease setting in. HAHA!
